Wow! It's taking me on average about 2-3 hours per room, to write up each room from its concept to its final form! Gotta develop the idea, correct the wording to make it flow nicely, tweak the stats for the traps and so on and so forth.
Considering that we'll have 185 developed rooms, that comes to 370 hrs. - 555 hrs. of work. That's between 9 and 14 full work weeks at 40 hr/week!
At minimum wage, I would earn $2,000+ to $3,000+ for that amount of work!
And people wonder why I chafe when artists demand pay.

I hear you. I spend between 2 and 6 hours each day in front of the PC to do all the mapping jobs for Dragonsfoot, Lakofka, Blackmoor etc., and I also have a family to care for and a job and other hobbies too! Sometimes I think of the money that this could bring me, but then I don't really care. It's fun to be part of the fan-based community and to put out stuff that other people around the world enjoy. Enough for me.
