And as for how they worked/ AWESOME. I used one of the Cendai Ghasts in my last session before Xmas. The party, especially the paladin FREAKED OUT when they saw the ghast, and he ALMOST TURNED The paladin (was one off what he needed)... That scared the bejeesus out of them..

Ah, I see. That makes sense then.IMO its more to do with their "More evil priests" than actual undead, leading to that.
That's what I thought you meant. It would have been too much if all spells cause that much extra damage. They take +1hp per HD of damage caused by magical COLD spells, or magical COLD attacks *such as dragon breath..

It would have been hysterical if he had turned the paladin! I can see the rest of the party collectively shitting their pants! And as for how they worked/ AWESOME. LOL indeed. I've had some long discussions, over the years OF that issue with paladins, and some folks seem to think that its STUPID an evil priest can 'turn' a paladin.. Especially those who use the Paladins as being a sub-class of Cavaliers, and thus 'immune to fear"..Halaster Blackcloak wrote:Garhkal wrote:

Some reports to make on the returned mages.. PLAYERS SEEM TO hate them.. Getting HIT BY Spells always seems to irk players off, but then ALSO having to deal with hordes of skeletons and zombies, ESPECIALLY SINCE the RMS can Re-animate those slain in melee, they found to be even SUCKIER!
