There are some magical weapons, that when hurled, return to the owner..
So how do YOU have that happen?
DO they fade out after hitting (or missing), only to re-appear next round in the hurler's hand?
DO they fly BACK to him "Ala thor in the avengers films"?

Flying back to the user is how I do it as that is also how it seemed in the Drizzt novels with the hammer from Wulfgar. I think there was a limit to how far he had to be to bring it to him but it he called it to him similar to the hammer for Thor.

Same here. Thor method. It flies back to their hand.

For those who DO have it "Fly back, ala Thor", can someone Intercept and catch it?

No, I've always had it fly back and avoid being "intercepted" by someone other than the owner. The magic finds a path to his hand.
