Convert image of PC sheet to Word doc?

Does anyone know how to convert a JPG or TIF of a PC sheet to a modifiable Word document? I'm getting real sick of doing it piece by piece in Photoshop (well, Gimp) whenever I need to change stats or other info.

I really don't think there's an easy way to do it, you can use OCR to get much of the text and it should be fairly accurate, but you're not going to get the formatting.

Damn. I figured I wouldn't find an easy way. Do you (Mira) or anyone else know of a PDF or Word formatted PC sheet that is editable?
