The PHB states, under the spell description for stone to flesh, that the spell will turn a stone golem into a flesh golem. However, the stone golem description in the MC says that the spell simply renders it vulnerable to normal attacks for the following round. Quite a discrepancy.
So how do you all handle it? I far prefer the latter. The former, to me, makes the spell far too powerful, and stone golems too easy to defeat.

Stone to Flesh vs. Stone Golems

The Pathfinder SRD agrees with the latter interpretation, for what it's worth.
'A stone to flesh spell does not actually change the golem’s structure but negates its damage reduction and immunity to magic for 1 full round.'

I go by what the MC says.
